Because since not everyone knows the ins and outs of the design/development industry, I try to make sure that my clients don't feel confused by technological jargon. I personally sit with each client to explain in plain English (or Spanish, if need be) how I will produce and manage their project, which includes any printing specifications or features their project might have, or how domain names and hosting works.
